Since its creation, the National Council of Justice has assumed a dimension of relevance. With correctional competence throughout the country, it is not uncommon for the CNJ to promote investigations and trial of magistrates whether as a primary authority, or even in as a secondary one. In addition, its normative acts have the capacity to generate effects in numerous activities, affecting magistrates, notaries and public servants.
Participation and Defense in investigations and disciplinary administrative procedures;
Legal Consultancy and Opinions;
Participation in procedures for establishment of administrative normative acts;
Defense and/or confrontation of administrative acts;
Defense of the interests of categories in collective proceedings;
Analysis and defense of individual and collective interests in public examinations for notaries and magistrates.
