Litigation before the Supreme Federal Court, as well as in other Superior Courts, requires assessments different from those typical of ordinary instances. Appeals require greater formal requirements, demands are more restricted, arguments must be more accurate. Issues assume a wide magnitude, thus bringing the need for strategic action in choice of the thesis, and in the selection of which cases should be referred to the STF.
